THE BAZAAR IS NEXT WEEK JULY 16 — 17 — 18
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED Please complete and return your volunteer form - even if you have been assisting for years. It will make the organizational task easier. There are volunteer forms near the bulletins.
50-50 RAFFLE TICKETS Don’t forget to return your 50-50 Raffle Tickets! You can return them to the Parish Office or in the collection basket. BAZAAR FOOD TICKETS Will be sold at the weekend masses on July 4th & 5th and July 11th & 12th. Cost is $5.00 per ticket. You won’t have to stand in line at the busy Food Ticket Booth at the Bazaar!
SETTING - UP THE STANDS WE NEED HELP! The hours are 8 AM to 2 PM, Monday - Friday. On Wednesday July 8th, from 6 PM till 9 PM. Work will include: putting up tents, stands and tables in place, finish unloading the trailer. Please consider giving an hour or two to help with this important task!

BAZAAR FLEA MARKET NEWS
July 16, 17, 18 Donations for the Flea Market will be accepted from June 18th through July 13th, between the hours of 9 AM and 2 PM, at the Convent side of the building, outside the School Cafeteria. If you need items picked up please call the Parish Office (570-823-7736) to make those arrangements. Please do not leave things out in the rain.
